Liza welcome to the Palm Beach Beekeepers Association. You can bring a check or cash to the class is fine. The fee for the class is separate. The carboy, yeast I have already purchased and the honey I have saw palmetto and Jennifer has some other types she is going to bring.

Melissa melomel are just fruit what ever you want to us. I think it takes 2lb. or 3lb. per batch. I think spices & herbs are more challenging. When I get a chance I will ask JennIfer I Will let you know.

Hi Erik, yes, please set me up with the complete kit (honey, too). Please let me know what might be required for melomel, and I can bring excess fruits, spices, herbs?
