Okay,  as previously mentioned I lost two hives this winter, possibly due to not enough food.  Now the hives have been empty +/- a month. the biggest one was already infested with wax moths and larvae. I cleaned every thing off the frames more or less away from my main bee yard and left it for scavengers.  Will it be safe to reuse these frames and hives that have had wax moths in them this season? Is there anything I need to do to make them new-bees ready?  I do have some spare frames I can use first, if need be.

Holly, take all of it and put it in the freezer for three days. Then clean it up and you should be good-to-go.
