We welcome the opportunity to educate any and all who are interested in Honey Bees. There are times when the association gets overwhelmed with requests. Therefore we request you read the requirements set below to help us help you. .
We ask that you contact us at least minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
We will need your topic request, your location, along with the size and average age of the audience and the date and time.
(IE) History & general beekeeping at the Pine Jog Education Center, 25 ppl 5th Graders on July 13 at 2:00 PM
Our Volunteers do these programs to help educate the public aout Honey Bees. The association requests that a donation (minimum of $50.00) be given to our organization to supply the volunteer speaker.
We are an ALL volunteer, non-profit organization. ALL money collected helps us educate people and also to protect honey bees. Our main income is from selling local honey at these events.
