Information on Education and Outreach Programs

Welcome, you have an event or group that you are looking for PBCBA to supply you with a speaker.

We welcome the opportunity to educate any and all who are interested in Honey Bees.

At times we are overwhelmed with requests and have therefore set forth some requirements.

We ask that you contact us at least 30 days prior to the event.

We will need to know the size and average age of the audience and your topic request.

(IE)  History and general beekeeping, Sustainable Apiaries, Pollination, Hive products, Queen rearing, etc.

We will request a donation (minimum of $50.00 donation)  to our organization to supply a volunteer speaker.  In some cases we may help you to find someone to help with your donation.

We are an ALL volunteer, non-profit organization.  Any and ALL money we collect goes to protect Honey Bees and to the education of people about bees and beekeeping. Our main income is from selling local honey at these events.

Please leave your name, phone number, school or organization and date or dates of when you would like outreach at or (561)206-4483. Someone will contact  shortly when time permits. Please, realize we can only do our best to accommodated each request.

Thank you, for your interest in helping save the honey bees and our association.

I am a member of PBCBA and we are forming a partnership with YouFarmFresh in Loxahatchee and there is an event on Dec 9th, 2017 from 3 to 9 Pm. Is there any printed information on saving the bees that can be displayed in an effort to bring awareness to the public. Our 5 hives are at this location to educated people the importance of farming and beekeeping and how essential they are to life. If anyone is interested in helping us to help save the Bees Please contact Chuck Bell of Bell's Bee's at 772-200-7501. You can learn more about the event at YouFarmFresh  (Stefan Horbonis also a member of PBCBA) on facebook, Christmas on the Farm. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Yours Truly Charles Bell. PS venders welcomed
