Bee Aggression

Hi,Today we went out to weed around our bee area.  A few bees flew around us aggressively, and then stung my wife's head.  This is the first time they have ever seemed to be aggressive.  Could it be due to the recent cold front?  Hunger?  There was no raider activity, so I do not have any idea what could have incited them.Any input on this issue would be greatly appreciated.  See More
