I vote in favor to "amend the Constitution to both (1) disaffiliate with FSBA, thereby eliminating the payment of $15 per member to FSBA; and, (2) increase the 2015 PBCBA membership dues to $20 per year.   PBCBA will continue our association with FSBA, but not be an affiliate of FSBA."

I vote to: "On April 8, 2015, PBCBA unanimously approved a motion to amend the Constitution to both (1) disaffiliate with FSBA, thereby eliminating the payment of $15 per member to FSBA; and, (2) increase the 2015 PBCBA membership dues to $20 per year.   PBCBA will continue our association with FSBA, but not be an affiliate of FSBA.  Since we have retained the $15 payment per member, and notified FSBA of same, the effect will be retroactive to the beginning of the 2015 calendar year, and no additional money will need to be paid to PBCBA."
